SRCDS rcon problem

hi ive just started using the SRCDS for css i cant seem to get admin to run i have no plugins atm on it
i dunno what ports i should be forwarding i just put what most people
are wich are 4380-4380 both 27005-27015 both
i open up the server everything is fine
i try to type say "rcon say lol"
then this comes up
"socket connection failed <WSAEADDRNOTAVAIL>
Unable to connect to remote server <0.0.0.0:0>"

and then weirdly 30 seconds later connection to steam servers lost.

any help would be loved

You'll need to add the IP argument to the command line that you use to run the game and that should fix it.

And that ip argument is +ip yourlocalip
