when i launch srcds and at the 11 row it says "Failed to load Steam ServiseStart:failed to startexec : couldn't exec server.cfg" what should i do ???

Whats your command line? Also what folder is your server.cfg file in? /orangebox/cstrike/cfg/server.cfg is an example path for CSS.
