SRCDS TF2 Hostname Problems

Hello,
I have a server I just set up yesterday for Team Fortress 2 and it appears that every time I change the map my host name changes to something like this "Team Fortress 2 Server". I have repeatedly rechecked the .cfg file, but I have no where else to look.

It is a public server, people are joining just fine only if I change the map manually before anyone joins . If I don't it doesn't let anyone join.
Running on Windows 7 64-bit.

btw. I am brand new to the forums and I'm not quite sure if I'm even posting in the right area .

Post your server.cfg here, remember to remove any rcon passwords etc..

Try to remove the """ things front and behind the server name. Dunno if it makes a difference, but its worth a shot.

Removing the quotes did nothing, thanks though.

This problem is just bugging the crap out of me.

Just wondered upon a post from google and it appears that when it switches to "Arena" maps it loads the "config_arena.cfg" in orangebox/tf/cfg. So it was just stuck in a loop of some sort. Thanks for the help guys.
