[Resolved]Socket connection failed (WSAEADDRNOTAVAIL)

Server OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor: Intel ® Pentinum ® Dual CPU T2390 @ 1.86 Ghz, 1.87 Ghz
Ram: 2GB
Game(s): Garry's Mod
Start Up Command: C:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -command update -game garrysmod -dir C:\srcds
Admin Mods: None(was using Frosty's, but deleted it)
(Crap specs I know...)

Okay, before I decided to start a thread, I decided to do some Googling first.(The answers were for L4D, and didn't have very good answers to them and/or the TC didn't say what they did to get it working)
Anyways, I get this error whenever I try to use a rcon command(besides rcon_password)

Code:

Socket connection failed (WSAEADDRNOTAVAIL)
Unable to connect to remote server (0.0.0.0:0)

I didn't mess with the server settings file or anything.

...I don't get it, I installed srcds before without problems, and I just re-installed it...I was using admin plugins, but I deleted it cause I thought that was the conflict, turns out it wasn't.

Try running the IP argument to the start up command and see if that helps. Also make sure you have no firewalls running on your machine.
