vac prombles with new updates

i can get vac to turn off..i use this C:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -maxplayers 32 -insecure +fps_max 1000 -port 27015 +map de_dust -tickrate 100 -timeout 30 -pingboost 2

it tells me in console that vac secure mode is disabeled..

but when i join it.it tells me that the server is still a vac server...i have tried almost everthing and cant get vac to turn offff...pls help

-insecure is the only way I know how to make a server with vac being off, sorry I don't have any idea why it would still say its secure.

What does it say in the console of the server regarding the VAC status?
