Random crash again wtf?

My servers keep crashing whatever i do.

I had the same problem on several of my servers.
Turned out to be a problem with the latest Steam update, including updating vphysics.
Get an older version from here:

http://tf2.ian-justman.com/fixes/

And put it in your $HOME/hl/bin/ directory

Just be aware that it will be overwritten when you do a file check or game update through steam
