VERY STRANGE PROBLEM NOONE BUT ME SEEMS TO BE HAVING THIS PROBLEM PLEASE HELP!!!

I have had my server up for a while, a very nice stable server dasboschitt said himself, so my friends who was helping me make the weapons on the game work for my gamemode so he told me to delete madcows weapons and CSE weapons he also told me to redownload CSS on steam so I did but I though that the CSS in the orangebox would be the CSS that would affect the server, I did so after I restarded the file for SRCDS was gone, no not the file with all the addons and the orangebox but no the program that runs the deticated server just completly disapeared I will try to create an archive for my addons and redownload SRCDS, but I dont know if that will help PLEASE HELP ME.

Try running the update tool with "-verify_all" and see if that will fix it.
