WCS Mod help?

Hi, I need help with the wcs mod for css servers. How can I edit or change the price of races and such? Thanks. BTW I am a full wcs and sm admin.

Also, when I play on my SRCDS dedicated server for css, i get these bad random lag spikes every minute or something around there and i have no idea why. i need help figuring that out but my main issue is the one posted above.

What are the specs of the computer your running the server off of? Is there anything else on that box? And I'm not quite sure about WCS I've personally not have had much experience with it, sorry.
