There is one too many .exe in startup should be srcds.exe not
srcds.exe.exe and you need ip address

And IP is not required, it will just bind to an adapter just fine. But looks like your spot on with the double .exe's

Yeah but he's using rcon on the con which is stupid, but anyways, it won't work if you haven't assigned an ip-address with "-ip".
The server seems to work fine besides that.

@threadstarter: Bind your ip-address in the startup-command with "-ip 192.168.0.160" and don't use Remote(!!!)-CONsole on your server-console. Just scratch out the "rcon"-prefix and type in your command directly, e.g. "say test" AND NOT "rcon say test".
If you want to access the server from outside within the game, then you have to login through your game-console with "rcon_password YOURRCONPASSWORDHERE" first and IN THE GAME CONSOLE you have to use the "rcon"-prefix.
Of course you don't need "rcon_password" if you're typing your command directly into the server-console, since this is the CONsole and it's not any REMOTELY connected stuff!
And in case you're still not getting it: "rcon" stands for "REMOTE CONSOLE".

BTW:
Since your server is already busy downloading illegal stuff via insecure torrents, I recommend you to configure the QoS-features of your router correctly, so that other people can still play without any lags while you're busy downloading porn, games, movies, and other stuff.

That's normal afaik. Players who are not on the same subnet as the server should see it in the list.

There's no need to bind SRCDS unless you have public routable IP's If you bind it to your private network adapter it will stay on lan.

But then rcon doesn't work.

If the server is ran on the LAN what is the need for RCON? You have the console right there? I mean worst thing you might have to do is to run remote desktop or something.

Well there's a bunch of tools which need rcon-access, maybe he's going to use one of them?
