Summary: When ever i start my server i notice in the console it bounds neccissary ports to a different one... then when i start my server, no one can join...

Edit: NEVER MIND it does not say that anymore, all the ports have been forwarded correctly, i now need help on how to get people to join my server, it isnt allowing anyone to join... it says Server Not Responding

Are you trying to use Steam and host the SRCDS on the same computer? If so try using a different computer to host the server and both should work just fine.

From the looks of it you may be trying to connect to the wrong port

Which one do i do? also keep in mind, when i start a listen server, people cannot join...

Your script says its starting the server on port 27035 not port 27016 like you have listed under your router.

btw my listen server works perfectly!

You can connect to your server by connecting to your internal IP address: 192.168.1.47:27035 (granted your using the script to run your server)

i ment in my start up command, what port do i use?

You should use -port 27015 in the startup command since this port is in the your forwarded range.
