Server not showing

Okay, I have a screenshot of my CMD window after I started the server, and it seems okay? I dunno... Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

It's showing up in HLSW, so, I'm not sure why It's not showing up in Steam, although I did get an error in HLSW "CANNOT START STEAM.EXE. YOU MUST SET THE RIGHT GAME DIRECTORY IN SETTINGS." I think that might be irrelevant. Please help, though.

I'm having the exact same problem, with SourceForts (HL2DM mod).

Nothing seems to fix it.

Edit: When I put it on external IP, it says it "can't allocate a port"

Unable to allocate port means your playing on the same port that your server is running on, which you cannot do. You'll either have to change your clients ports or the servers ports to be able to play and host the server on the same machine, but I normally recommend hosting it on a second box for the server anyway.
