Hello there,

I see it in my list on CSS it self but can't connect.

BASIC INFO
Server OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz
Ram: 4.5 GB. Speed not required.
Game(s): Counter-Strike:Source
Start Up Command: RUN SRCDS

thanks for the helpWink

I'm assuming your running srcds and CSS on the same machine. Have you tried running it on another machine and connecting to it that way? It's probably trying to allocate 27015 for the server and when you try to also join on that port it wont let you.

I'd say try hosting the server on another computer and start from there. Also make sure you do not have any firewalls running (at least properly configure them).

Thanks, it works. but now I only have to game on another computer.

My next problem is that I can get in the server on the same LAN, but someone outside it, can't connect it.
Also the r_decal_cullsize is still unkown command

If the friend connects via your gameinfo, you...

-need a router that supports NAT-loopback which has to be enabled
-have to connect to the server using your external ip

What was the solution?

I also recommend you to enable QoS for your serverport in the routerconfig.

Well, just simple. The server is named by the router on CSS. But the server isn't the router. It's my computer. So I had to use my computers IP Toungue

Now on my netbook but with a problem Sad

Also this problem solved, if you do this on the same network but an other device, the last 3 numbers will be different. check it in CMD prompt, ipconfig

Did you try changing to a different port number like 27017 or something for srcds?
