Hi! Does any one have a good bgmod2 server tutorial?

I was trying to make a bg2 server (Battle grounds 2) server and when setup automaticly or manually srcds pops up for 1 second shows and error then blinks away, luckly i took a picture in that less of a seconds and here it is

So if anyone can help me setup a working bgmod server that would be great, or if you know how to fix my current issue i will give you 5$ and a free 16 slot css server
