Gmod Server Problem

My server was working fine this afternoon people could join me and my friends played for a long time on it but my computer had some issues so i restored it to factory mode, I backuped my server before i restored my pc. After the restore i downloaded all the games needed got Hldsupdate again installed it...etc i just put my Gmod from the server to the other servers Gmod so i could keep all the addons and gamemode from before.. So i made the shortcut
C:\SRCDS\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -insecure -game garrysmod +map gm_flatgrass +maxplayers 10 -autoupdate


And when i try to join from lan like i always did i get the Error: "Couldnt find htlv server Ip port"

SOme one please help me i read alot the other formus and sadly they didnt work for me....Some one please Help

MY friends and other people can join but when i try that error shows up....

Server Lan ip is 192.168.1.22:27015 I portfowarded all the ports as i said above People can join but when i try to join "cant accolate server ip Port" Everything is working on server, i used also internal ip still same error

Try adding this to your startup line

+tv_port 27021 (think this is the right port off the top of my head, the dfeault is 27020 I think)

That way you can use a separate port for the server and one of your client.

Sadly that did not fix the problem i still get the same error when trieng to join
