Does your server run via LAN-cable or Wireless? Our server is running wireless, and the ping goes up to 300-400 on random times of the day.
Also, try removing the "-tick 66".
Our server has AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core Processor with 2.0GHz 4GB DDR2 RAM and Windows WebServer 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 64-bit. We have Metamod, Sourcemod, Mani admin, Stripper:Source, Evenscripts on the server. Also we are running to gameservers on the same system.
So I think it may be a connection problem or something, because the specs pf your machine should be able to run the gameserver.
But first try removing "-tick 66", and if you're running on wireless connection, try using a LAN-cable instead.

I have an Router in.
So, please do make an better reply, thanks!

Well it might be the router's QoS function or something. If something goes over the "general" priority it treates that traffic "better" than the gameserver traffic.

So i will put my modem cable right to my server pc?

If you are running the server out of your house, there are many things that can effect speed and lag. It could be other computers on your network or even minor ISP issues.

Have you tried to look at the logs? What about your rates?
Code:
sv_maxrate ?????
Slå den med jeres fiberforbindelser...

LOL!
He made good points and is probably even right about the wlan (11mbit/s is the limit of b-wlan). I believe that you don't even know what your real upload speed of your internet connection is and/or think, that your home network is limiting your connection speed. rofl
And all you have to say is to not answer any of his questions at all and say "please do make an better reply, thanks"?
That's harsh, to be honest you can be lucky to get any response.

My best guess is that your at least using wlan and that's what's causing the lags, and probably your upload speed is too low and that's why your getting extra lags.
