Sometimes I have to restart my server 3 or 4 times just so it will become vac2. This is the console, whats wrong???
Summary: 182 resources total 11.01 Mb, 4.10 % of capacity
DeadAllTalk mode on
Adding master server 68.142.72.250:27011
Adding master server 69.28.151.162:27011
Could not establish connection to Steam servers.
VAC secure mode disabled.
I opened up port 27011 on my router, and im not running any firewalls.

valve may still be having problems with there servers.. i know like a couple weeks ago, they had to shut one of there servers down because it was recieving unusually high traffic, causing it to drop packets, this only effected a hand full of people, but it could be you. i haven't heard much about the problem lately, but it could be.
and technically the only port that needs to be open is the port you have the server running on (default 27015) and thats tcp and udp.
edit- you can only have 1 port open at a time? what kind of router is that? lol that may be the problem.

Wait,
what do you mean "the ports change" ? You mean your server port or a router port?

Its the 6xxxx problem. Is there any way to fix it? My IP doesnt change but everytime i restart the server/computer it changes so when people mark it in their favs it screws everything up when the ports change.

hostname: Dust2/Ice Small Deathmatch
version : 1.0.0.24/7 2582 secure
udp/ip : 192.168.0.101:27015
map : fy_iceworld at: 0 x, 0 y, 0 z
players : 7 (9 max)
I opened the ports 27010-27020, is it just the router?
