Going to buy a server..

Hi. I'm going to purchase/rent a server for my clan. But i don't know anything about how much specs and stuff i need for hosting this, so could you guys find me a good, cheap setup?

Going to be hosting this:
2x 16 slot CS:S servers
1x 10 slot warserver css

Also, would a intel Core 2 Duo with these specs be able to handle that?

What other specs are on the box?
That processor should be able to run those 3 small servers.
Make sure the server is in a data center as you will need the bandwidth.

The other specs is 2GB DDR2 ram and a 500 gb hdd. Unlimited bandwidth and 100 mbit port.

What is your budget for a dedicated server?

Well, as my clan/community doesn't make any money, free. We've been sponsored with that server, that's why i'm asking. But if i had a budget, then it'd be around 50 USD quarterly. None of us have got any money left lol.

Well if somebody sponsored you a free dedicated server, then take it. Try it with whatever configuration of servers you want. If it doesn't work. Eliminate something and keep trying.
