don't use it, it's crap. even if you get it running, it will not improve your server. on the contrary, it will make it worse. why do you think valve has removed the possibility to change the tick rate?

I've already tried 100 tick servers, they are not worse.
I'm pretty sure that's just a bad rumor.
Also, Bhop + Surf, those require 100 Tick.

So you are telling Valve is not knowing what they are doing?
Maybe if you want to do what the games was not designed for a hacked tickrate can help. In all other cases it will decrease the gameplay. Just read the updatenews for the orangebox update and you will know.

Well the player's on my server says that they experience upgraded hitreg when i'm runnign 100 tick.

100 tick is better for bhop and surf, 66 tick sucks, bhop / surf is terrible.
So is there any way to get 100tick?

You need to fix it yourself, i dunno what's wrong. If you're running x64 bit os, then install the libs for 32bit on linux dunno on windows.
