CSS server not showing up in server list

That doesn't work either, it shows up in favorites but not in the server list.

Could it be something with the router?

You are behind a router. Try to put your server in dmz.

You are not providing necessary informations.

1.If you have a router put your LAN ip under DMZ (give full access) or make a port forward

2.Maybie you are using a Non-Steam version of CSS that has SETTI's masterserver.vdf and your server is not yet added )
