Garry's Mod server rates

Hi. I've just finished setting up my Garry's Mod server.

What rates should i use on it?
It seems to lag a bit.

One gbit ethernet, so no worries about the network usage.

Edit: Does the "higher fps, smoother the game" count in Garry's Mod too? I'm running it on 66 fps atm.

66fps is fine for GarrysMod. But you might want to set the sv_maxrate high. (50k)

Ok. Any other settings i should change? I've installed 2.6.33.5-zen3-ub-100hz from ulrich block's page. That'd let me host 3 servers on the machine right? (check other thread for info)
