Hello. My error is the rcon password. Namely
When you typed in the console such as rcon_password 123 a correct password is "321" It's not my pops Bad Password. Even when you do not type the rcon passwords or poorly typed or accurate. And will use the rcon commands sv_alltalk 1, rcon zb_lo3 Although when the server is zBlock, then I get an error "Unable to connect to remote server [Server IP]"several times to enter such an rcon sv_alltalk causes server lag and server crash. I read on the forum was possible for an error in a firewall or ports. But give me a good answers for my error.
I recall that the server is on the machine. on Appendix I added pictures of bugs that pop up and grow like a ping command uses several times

Did you open 27015 TCP?

I have no idea, but here it is possible that this error happens is not yet the founder of their main server is harder to say. And you can has a guide on how to enable the port.

It can be a firewall issue too. Is the game server a rented server?

Not the server is not a hire. I would if it was volunteered to them. but the server is on a private machine. But the machine is rented only

You can teamspeak 3 to talk about error message in English from the founder of the machine

You spelled alltalk wrong in the console . But yes it is a firewall issue.
