70 and 67 fps is not good. don't run with fps only slightly above the tickrate. i.e. try to get it down to really 66.67, or (if you cannot match it exactly) very slightly lower. else you will have the aliasing effect. I think since the recent update you should be able to achieve this with fps_max 66.67
