Dont got srcds.exe in my folder

Hi you guyz,
I've used the tutorial, ''how to install srcds'' here
Everything went good, but then they asked to go to srcds.exe in the folder where all the files were installed for the server.
Just check the attachment and search for it.. :[

I really can't find srcds.exe in the folder, so I dont know what to do, anyone got an Idea ?

That looks very much like a Half-Life dedicated server install instead of a Source dedicated server install (hlds.exe is Half-Life 1). What argument did you provide to the update command after -game ?

For a Counter-Strike: Source installation it should have been -game "Counter-Strike Source"

For a Deathmatch installation it should have been -game "hl2mp"

I've tried both:
-game ''Counter-Strike Source''
and
-game Counter-Strike Source

Each time I've to make a new user, that was very annoying so, I will have to try it one more time, then I will give it up..

Edit: Stealth - Removed attachment as it contained steam login details

I am using quotes and getting the warning, Source not recognized. What do I have to change??
