I'm running Windows 2k8 RC, and I would like to know if it makes a difference (like Linux running servers as root) on whether or not I run game servers on the Administrator account or a separately made user.
Running game servers as Administrator.

I always run all application separated.
Just so if one application / game server is compromised with a bug or exploit it wont affect the hole server.

generally it has security implications if you run applications as administrator, especially if those are networked applications. as there is no drawback from running them on a normal user you should do that. (on linux this is much worse though, as the root user may do even worse things... but that's more a thing of safety not security).
