Can't connect from internett, but can from LAN

Hey guys I just started a css server, but either me or my brother (i dont think others can too, because i havent had someone in it before) Can connect to it from the internet tab!

I have portforwarded right and on canyouseme.org it say they are opened!

We can both connect from LAN, but when i try to connect from internett is just stoppes on either "parsing game info" or "sending client info" it wont get past it!

Help please ?

You must enable loopback in your router.

Sounds like a firewall issue to me. It can query your server but stops during the connection process. Have you tried disabling your firewall temporarily to see if that fixes it?
