Seeing as Facepunch has some overzealous administrators, I figured I'd come here for help instead. Basically, I just want to transfer a handful of sounds to a Garry's Mod client via sv_downloadurl (a.k.a Fast Download)

'sounds' 'models' and 'materials' from the garrysmod root folder are symlinked to my apache server's root directory.

All of the sounds I want are located in /sounds/EVE if '/' is the garrysmod folder. This might be more lua than SRCDS, but any help is fine.

I believe ULX or ULIB has a feature like this built in. Search their forums.

ULX is fairly ancient by today's standards though, isn't it? Nonetheless, I'll take a peek.
