Connection Problems

When i have my server opened, with my internal server ip in target line, can't i join ANY servers in css. But other people can. I have portforwarded, and setted telnet loopback to on, typed in "clientport 27010", and still same problem. Other people can find my server online, and join it, but i can't. Really need help, have tried to fix the problem for a long time now

Now wont my server show, and cant connect to it.
