(FIXED)Nobody Can Connect To My Server

I started a TF2 server about a week ago, and it has been working without problem until today. People can no longer connect to me, and it says Connection timeout.

I forwarded my ports, I'm not sure if I did it correctly. I even went to my firewall setting and added the port 27015 to the list.
Still nobody can connect to me though, please help me out.

My Startup Script
orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game tf +map jump_adventure +maxplayers 12

i am having this problem too with one of my servers... So let my try to figure out the problem....

Alright, well me and my newb self didn't read the Stickied READ ME, so I updated it.

Only port forward port 27015... pretty sure TF2 doesn't need all those ports open.
