Gosh you are all fucking idiots.

Port 27015 needs to be opened for both TCP and UDP connections!!!

OK first of all you only need to port forward 1 port which is the port you are connecting to (Default 27015).
Remove all of them, open port 27015 for both UDP & TCP and magic!! people can connect.

Now, if you wish to help me read the following:
I bought a VPS and I port forwarded, the port is open however I cannot connect!
64.xxx.xxx.xxx:27015 port is open (http://ping.eu/port-chk/)
I did everything, I even re-installed the OS, tried Windows 7, 2008 64 bit & 32! and of course.. Linux which is shit!
All I get is an error in the window so I'm not clueless here, I know its something related to the server, perhaps a Service or something missing but I cant fix it!!! and its driving me crazy!!!
Here's a picture:

Wasn't really planning on having 28 players
It was just the command I copied from YouTube.

Though I do believe it can hold around 20 players

My progress Big Grin
I installed Steam on my VPS and made sure it was enabled in the System Configuration Services (To get to that type 'msconfig' in start menu or in 'Run')

Well here it is...
As you can see I added the config file (which by the way has nothing in it..) also as a result of installing Steam the error shortened and I got Steam running as a service.
Ugh.. Why on fucking earth is it failing to load the Service?

Also, in "C:\Garry's-Mod-Server\orangebox\" where steam_appid.txt is, a new file was created which is: steam.txt
It has nothing in it so that could be a clue to the problem
