Updating my TF2 server

Hey, guys, I'm new to the forum as well as hosting games, and so far, I can host my game, but haven't been able to join it, due to the fact that I need to update it.
I get this:
MasterRequestRestart
Your server is out of date. Please update and restart.

Here's my directory:
C:\srcds\orangebox
All of my folders and srcds.exe is in the orangebox folder. What exactly must I do in order to update it? Thanks.

Just run the hldsupdatetool on the directory, like this:

hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game tf -dir "c:\srcds\orangebox"

Hrm, when I tried that command, HLDS gave me this:
No installation record found at c:\srcds\orangebox/orangebox
No installation record found at c:\srcds\orangebox

hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game tf -dir .

That should do it.

That's with the hldsupdatetool.exe insite the srcds folder.

My mistake use this line or do what Champ said.

hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game tf -dir "c:\srcds"
