There's is this method, but I can only input one at a time and there is a limit of 15 different ports. :/

That might be correct. You could try to forward your game server port (default 27015 with TCP and UDP). And test it.

I forwarded 27015 with TCP and UDP, and checked http://canyouseeme.org/

Disable your Windows Firewall momentarily and then test agian. Remember to have the server running when you test.
