[RESOLVED] Windows srcds Crash

Hi,
Server OS: Windows server 2008 32bit
Processor: AMD 64
Ram: 2GB
Game(s): CSS Source
Start Up Command: srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map de_dust +maxplayers 16
Admin Mods: Metamod Zombiemod Admin plugins es_tools


NETWORK AND BANDWIDTH INFO

Bandwidth: 100MB Flat
Router: Farm Router
Local IP of Server: 127.0.0.1

When i try to run my srcds it crash after 5 second.
Can you help me?

I run srcds in a dedicated server without grafic card.

Remove your addons and see if it runs then.

I've try to remove the addons but it doesn't work.
If i run it in my local pc it run but on dedicated dosen't run

Ive removed es_tools
