SRCDS Steam group

Error. Causes SRCDS to crash.

Here is my error. I have done a lot of research on it but can't find the same one. only ones similar. and they are solved by exiting steam. I don't even have steam running. Anyway, here is the error.

"The procedure entry point SteamGameServer_InitSafe could not be located in the dynamic link library steam_api.dll"

Right after I updated to the latest srcds. IT happens right when I click my srcds shortcut for CS. I just uninstalled and reinstalled. I still have the exact same error. Makes me wonder if something went wrong while the updating took place. But twice and a row makes me think it is the actual code that is messing up. Idk. Hope u guys can help. Been working on this forever. I just wanna play some CS with mah buds.

No it doesn't. Probably should have mentioned that, my bad.
I know what ur thinking of though. B4 I updated I would get similar errors but after the errors it would start up fine. Now, like I said, it gives me errors but won't start up at all...
I looked at the file it was complaining about (steam_api.dll) and I found this.

Code:
TLOSS error
   SING error
