I have installed the quake sounds for Mani admin plugin, but I don't get the server to play them... It says when someone is dominating and such, but no sound is played...

You got to edit the mani_admin_plugin config to enable the quake sounds and you got to edit the quake sounds config when you installed it. It should be in the /cfg folder.
