How to put fast dl server?

How do you put fast download on a source multiplayer dedicated server?

PLEASE HELP, Ive been trying for hourss

ive tried using a bunch of stuff like wampserver,filezila...etc

i follow steps correctly,i bzip the files put them in right folders.

But everytime someone connects to my server it says missing maps.

can you give us the url which you put into your server config (sv_downloadurl)?

You may not be running a Garrys Mod server, but it might help with some things.
