CS:S Clan server server.cfg

Hello, I'm looking for a good ESL clan server config.
Not the one you "exec lalala.cfg" and the server reboots with the settings, the one where the name, rates, password, rcon password and all that is included. I've searched but all i could find was the same files as mentioned above.
It needs to have the zblock settings in it like the ESL one have
Can anyone help or create such a config?

this site lets you customize your cfg file without even having to write it! Just fill out the whole list and click "run cfgmaker" at the bottom and it will print your server.cfg file in the window
