As of now... I know of no fix for it.
Perhaps your content files are messed up, and valve does not realize it, or perhaps its an act of God (or insert YOUR favorite divine being here!) ?

lol.. its hax! its a silent noclip mode. =) really though, aside from the content files bein screwed.. im lost.

I emailed Valve and the only response I got is this:
Hello, You will want to join the SDS mailing list and post your questions regarding this issue. We cannot provide in depth support for SDS, and this would be the place to post such questions or bug reports: http://list.valvesoftware.com/ http://srcds.com/ don't know what to do now...

lol.. valve help is good at that.. they always direct to this site and the list.. well you can ask on the list.. its pretty good.. and alfred on there usually checks up on stuff. but i hear hes on vacation untill like the 3rd...

yea.. i don't think anyone here knows the answer.. soo i don't know what to tell ya. the only thing i know is the hlds list. you can find the list here http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds theres tons of people on there.. tons a morons as well. but some of them actually know what there talkin about. they might be able to help.
