How to get right fps SRCDS

i've got one question, can i get correct server fps with command

net_graph 4

PS I mean if server running fps_max 500 -will this command work correct or not ?

why shouldn't it work? rcon stats works as well, but gives you only one value, unless you use some tool like fpsmeter.org

net_graph 4 will not work if server fps are bigger than 1000, but that doesn't make sense in any case...
