Freeze - Crash since kernel and engine.so update

Hi everybody,
i'm coming for giving you my problems

since 3 days our server freez and crash all the time.
We had compiling new kernel since 9 of March and all was nice.

After speak with other game isp and other team, that crash and freez seem to be present with other srcds server.

Anybody have an idea ?

Today we try to disable all plugins (it's sourcemod only) and we will see

We have little same problems.2-15sec lag spikes random + random crash.
all our 12 css servers and it started about 10-11 day this month.Last client update?

6+6 different machine.

No problems before that :/

I have that news from french isp :

According to Valve, the problem have been identified and fixed.
It was due to the error reporting system of game servers, trying to make report to a Valve server which was down.
This error reporting system could be fixed in a next steam update.
