Okay, I have forwarded ports and people can join when I host from the GMod menu, but when I use SRCDS people can't join and get the message "Failed after 4 retries" please help.

What port is SRCDS running on? Also does it bind to the same IP?
And have you configurated your firewall for SRCDS?
