Error while running SRCDS

I just installed Mani Admin Plugin and now while i'm running my server SRCDS.exe; i get an error which says "The procedure entry point GetCVarIF could not be located in the dynamic link library vstdlib.dll
And then it closes ...and my server doesnt run!
Any suggestions? Plzzzzz help me :'(
