Can i add per user a logfile and add all strings from them to that file and for server commands a server.log or something?
I Cant find a solution^.~ i hope you can help

So pretty much logging an admin's actions that is one file per admin?
Thats what I understand from your post.

I mean to log all actions from one player in a logfile for the player and for each other the same
something like:
"Player X"(STEAMID) joined the server <-- Saved in Logfile "Player X"
"Player Y" say "Z" <-- Saved in Logfile "Player Y"
