Internet Tab on server browser shows high latency, favs tab, view server, game low

Bandwidth: VIA linux tool IPERF from VPS to home box: Upload 1.8MPS. Download via WGET I got up to 3MB, I think I can get higher just dont know how to test it.

Basic Info is above, I am running on a powerful VPS I rent, please advise why internet tab would be showing such a high latency when favs tab shows normal latency. Also when I click view server info shows normal. Also in game shows normal.

I THINK I may have fixed it, I had the sv_region set to 0 (my region) instead of 1 (server is in Portland). Fixed this discrep and it seems to be working better. If someone couold verify for me that it shows up in their "internet" list with a decent ping relative to their view server or in gmae ping, I will mark this as resolved.

What is the server name? Because the trackers I use haven't picked up your server yet(nothing on that ip).

were you able to find it in "internet" tab? My discrep is Internet Tab and Favs tabs are displaying much different times.

I weren't able to find it in the masterlist, but I didn't do a complete search either. So I cannot tell werether its good or bad there.
