Modem Trouble
#1
Hi
I have 2 modems a Dlink and a 2wire. When the Dlink is plugged in i can connect to it but no one else can. but if the 2wire is plugged in other people can connect. I have all the proper ports open and it is all setup properly. Is there any setting im missing, i have a Dlink 2730b on firmware AU_1.01.

we cannot tell you without knowing your settings. can you post screenshots of the relevant router settings? first guess would be you set up TCP but not UDP forwarding...

Do you use both routers(modems) at the same time?

No matter what i do it says my ports a closed. I have even downloaded Nmap and that says my ports are nether open nor closed.
Could my isp be doing this?
Ok i have found out that other people can join on the dlink. I have had people coming and going. But my friend(who i have made the server to play with) still cant join. He can only join threw the 2wire. and only when it has a dynamic ip
