Would this be a GOOD server?

HP Proliant ML350 G4 - 3.0 GHz
- Intel Xeon Processor 3.0 GHz/800-1 MB L2
- 6 Gb Ram (PC2700 DDR SDRAM (333MHz))

How many 20 slots 66tick servers could this hold? Dont mind my internet connection.

Don't be dazzled by the 3GHz. That Xeon is very old (according to HP specs) and still a P4-based CPU. There are now ~5 newer CPU generations by Intel! Even some 1.8 GHz CPU of the newest generation will be much faster. I could imagine you could run 1 20 slot server at most, maybe even that one will lag and you are forced to reduce the tickrate and maybe even the slot count...
