needed help with the Hldsupdatetool

Today I used the hldsupdatetool to install the hl2dm dedicated server
I create a batch file with HldsUpdateTool -command update -game "hl2mp" -dir "c:\hl2dm" there
Then I run it
It showed
Checking bootstrapper version ...
Updating Installation
No installation record found at c:\hl2dm/orangebox
No installation record found at c:\hl2dm
but the folder was created
Is it should be showed 5 times and continue installing?but why i only have two times
any way to solve it?
Someone say I need to delete the installrecord.blob but I cannot find it in my folder,Pls Help

The blobs will be where the update tool is.
Also, delete the hl2dm folder and re-make it (the one on the c drive).

I have did it for ten times,but it is not work too

It depends on your harddisk performance. It doesn't nessecary have to show up exactly 5 times, might aswell show up once or none.
But the key to a solution is to keep it running and it will then, eventually start downloading the files.
