CSS Server problem. (Fixer Gets Admin Rights On Jailbreak)

So I've just started up a new server again. When I run it. It works fine, anyone can join. But my mate said when he joins as soon as he chooses a team he will move a few meters lag and time out. So does everyone. I've made a server before on this same computer. I have faster internet now. So what could be the problem? Please help guys, thanks

People will answer you when they have time. Try to appreciate peoples time instead of expecting people to answer you straight away.

I'd bet my gold on a too slow internet connection.
