CSS Server not showing in master list.

Hello. Before I start, let it be noted. I'm not a noob. I know about port forwarding. My firewall is disabled. I've done this before. I have checked ports and they are working and open. But after a year or nearly 2. I tried again. (now). It does not show up on the list. I get a friend to try and join and says "server not responding". Please help out I'd really appreciate it.

'in regards to photo' I have more ports on a single targeted range. No point on showing. Please help.

Well obviously your ports aren't opened correct or a firewall is running. But there could also be a slight chance that your ISP is blocking it

I did mention I did this before. And it worked 100%. And I have gotten somewhere. Now when I search on the list. It comes up with my server, but I click join and says not responding. However. If I go to the lan tab and connect it works good. I have sv_lan 0.
