Alright, I've forwarded a couple ports as a test, (27015 TCP and UDP) and whenever I run it through a port checker utility it says Port 27015 is closed on xx.xxx.xx.xxx (specifically on http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ and http://www.canyouseeme.org)
And yes, I set up a static IP.
My router is a Belkin F3D8233-4.
