TF2 - Control point time

Hello

I have tryed
the following settings in my server.cfg

// Other Settings
tf_arena_override_cap_enable_time 60
mp_time_between_capscoring 60


and it just seems that 2 guys can hop on a control point and take it in like 5 seconds


How do i make this longer?
